Because VIP tips are delivered digitally and unlocked immediately, website payments are not refundable once access has been granted, except where required by law or where you were charged in error or twice.
Purchases made in the apps follow the refund rules of the Apple App Store or Google Play. Please request those refunds from the store.
If you paid and your access did not unlock, contact us with your payment reference and we will fix it or refund you.
